I have had a very lazy day today and it is the first whole day I have had at home for a long time.

I took this photo in the hotel room when we were in Canberra in January and forgot all abut it until now.

I took Elizabeth to a music session this afternoon at our local community centre, she enjoys music but is getting more and more confused these days. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease and Elizabeth is such a sweet lady. It is sad to watch her disappearing.
