@susiemc@beryl David is just going round the house changing the time on the clocks at the moment. You wouldn't believe how many clocks we have in this house.
@dide I agree, but this year it is still pretty humid at the moment. Usually our humid month is February.
@josiegilbert The sea temperature is still around 24 degrees C so not too bad. There were people in the sea further along the beach and I am going to post that photo today. Because of rips in the ocean people have to swim within the flagged areas so the lifeguards can keep an eye on them.
@taffy The little boy is wearing long sleeves but I think his top is quite lightweight. As you know our sun is very strong so best to cover up. I don't think they were expecting the day to be as warm as it turned out to be. Maybe they were just here for the weekend.
@merrelyn Yes, mornings and evenings are cooler here too now.
@carole_sandford I remember that summers in the UK were rather limited. I can remember snow in April too on a few occasions. I don't miss that at all.
@peterday You will have to move to Australia

@haskar @peadar @pusspup @happysnaps @nicolecampbell @sangwann @jacqbb @quietpurplehaze It doesn't feel like autumn yet but I am sure it will catch up with us in the next few weeks.
@lynne5477 Thanks Lynne, I had a lovely lazy day. I don't get too many of those these days.
@bkbinthecity @mittens @craftymeg @ludwigsdiana @carolmw @flowerfairyann @pcoulson @seattlite @pyrrhula Thanks it was a beautiful day. Still very warm for autumn. It will get chillier soon though.

@golftragic I know, we put the winter doona on the bed and the last few days we have boiled under it and have to sleep with our legs sticking out.
@kwind @jgpittenger Thanks, we aren't short of sunshine here even in winter.
@lesip I walk on the beach in all weathers. I never sit on a beach though, I find it rather boring.
