It is a very mixed day today weatherwise, after all our rain the last couple of days, the rain finally stopped this afternoon but it is still pretty chilly for our last day of winter. Hopefully tomorrow, our first day of Spring will be warmer.
The lone figure in this photo looked rather rugged up as he walked along the beach, as was I today too, it was pretty windy at the beach.
Ha ha Babs, blessings on your lone walker...he adds so much to your beautiful atmospheric coastal shot. I can get a great feel of this late winter day.
Just look at all those blues! Wonderful capture Babs and a fav. As you go into spring, we are obviously heading into autumn. Let's hope they are good in both hemispheres.
I guess winter wants to stay a little longer- but Spring will eventually win out. I think I would walk this beach even with the wind- it's that beautiful!

Today the rain has gone and the sun is shining for our first day of Spring. Much warmer too, I don't mind the rain but it is the wind and cold I hate. No doubt it will get much warmer now though.
Birubi has to be my favourite beach to walk along whatever the weather and I just love the dunes.
