Beach Colours

I am having such a busy time at the moment and not much free time for photography, but today I was forced to slow down because somehow I managed to pull a muscle in my back. - No tai chi or craft class today because I have been taking it easy, something I find it very difficult to do.

I have been looking through some old photos and came across this seaweed and seagrass on the beach. I just love the colours in the sunlight.

Over the next couple of days I will be posting beach photos as I really want to be fit again by Thursday because we are going to Sydney for the day.

I had a terrible night, every time I turned over I woke up and ended up getting up and having a cup of tea about 3 am.
David is giving a presentation at our local U3A this afternoon, so I hope I can sit through it okay. Not because his presentation won't be interesting, it is just that the chairs aren't very comfy.
Hope my back is better for Thursday because a group of us are going to the Powerhouse Museum.
