High Tide at the Foreshore

Thanks so much for putting yesterday's photo on the tp and the pp. I will reply to your comments but I have had a heavy going sort of day today.

Don't you just hate it when everything to do with technology doesn't work so well. Got there in the end with everything but I think I need a quiet night.

The day started well with a walk on the beach and this is the same beach as featured in the last four days of photos, but this time I walked to the beach instead of going in the car.

This is the foreshore looking east and our house is hidden in the clump of trees in the distance.

A really beautiful beach Babs...love the white of the sand ...is it tidal, does it go out a bit or like Nz beaches not going out much. You will know how far some British water goes out....miles!

@casablanca Thanks. It was a long day, but everything is up and running again now. I am having a quiet day today.

@happypat It is tidal but the tide doesn't go out too far, probably about 70 metres at the most.

@cwbill @elatedpixie The water does get pretty close to the houses along this stretch of the waterfront too as you will see in today's photo.
