Pedestrian Walkway by onewing

Pedestrian Walkway

This walkway connects Queens Wharf with Hunter Street in Newcastle.
Hunter Street is a major road in the Newcastle central business district. Established as the city's main street for commercial and retail activity, Hunter Street entered a period of severe decline after World War II. Since 2008, the eastern end of Hunter Street has emerged as a precinct for retail outlets and cafes.

I am just off now to get a take away as it is my birthday. We went out on Saturday for my birthday celebration meal.

My sister has just phoned from the UK so hopefully I will be able to catch up again on 365 a bit later tonight.

Sorry for the group reply again, but I have been catching up on your photos tonight and now it is getting a bit late.

I had a wonderful birthday. We went out on Saturday night with friends so my actual birthday we had a take away. My sister phoned from the UK and we had a lovely chat. She is planning her next trip out here at the beginning of next year.
As many of you will know I am forever buying myself birthday presents and I have had about 10 so far this year, at least. You can never have enough birthdays. But as this was my official birthday I got a new computer. Still in the process of setting it up though.

Off to bed now, good night.
