This is my first answer to my "push" challenge from @northy for some close street photography. I was out by the Midway today to try my luck when I found this guy at the Bob Hope Memorial. He was dark and leathery! I think this must be his "go too" outfit! You can't see his face but he had a full beard and a handle bar mustache! I used color on this just to celebrate that crispy tan he was sporting! :o) The funny thing was he was walking with his family and they were all properly dressed and well groomed! Once he pulled out that camera I understood it all...mm-hm, a photographer! :o)
Well at least he is not a Hairdresser!! I most certainly would not go to him for a haircut!! An Artist for sure...He probably thinks he looks Great! lol! ...
I suppose you have to give it to him to feel so at ease with himself but I don't think I'd let my hubby out looking like this even if he was a photog!!! Great find however :)
Awesome!! Wow...that is some tan. You managed to capture an interesting character and make us all wonder more about it...great job!!! My challenge this week is street photography too...hoping I can find someone this interesting! :)
@tryeveryday Its not so easy! At least for me! I think I'm not patient enough to sit still until something happens! :) Good luck! I cant wait to see yours!
Yikes! from the thumbnail I thought he was in a dark colored shirt. That is quite a tan. Been working on my tan and beard and mustache this summer too, the next week I had to shave. I hope Joanne is wrong about photographers ending up like this. ;)
but would love to see him with his well groomed family too
