New food mill arrived today. Spent the evening squashing garden tomatoes, labelling and organising the freezer. Pleased to say the roasted tomato sauce is great and the San Manzanos have turned out well for pizza sauce. The nights are drawing in so homegrown tomato sauce will hopefully brighten things up over the next few months.
