Ironbridge

A 30 metre cast iron bridge, the first in the world, that was built across the river Severn in 1779. Design by Thomas Pritchard, built by Abraham Darby III. The bridge and surroundings are now part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located in Shopshire, West Midlands, England.
Ah this place is beautiful - I haven't been for many years - but so scenic, historic and full of interest.

Great angle on this. We used to live not so far away in Herefordshire. Its a lovely area and l hope to return one day.
