Bubble and squeak

We ate 'stamppot' yesterday. Today we fried the leftover. Mark said they call it 'bubble and squeak' which I found such a funny name that I had to take a picture of it.

'Stamppot' is potatoes with vegetables and meat mashed together in one pan.
