All the wrinkles disappear by overalvandaan

All the wrinkles disappear

Inspired by Hiroshi Sugimoto and what he said about 19th century architecture: 'Most of them are in bad condition. To make an out of focus picture, makes all the wrinkles disappear.'

Actually St Beuno Church is much older, but it's the only architecture I've got next door to me, living in rural Wales.

I used manual focus for the 'blur'. I would have liked it more minimal, but the one without the trees and chimney in the background was too much in focus.

For the artist challenge.

What an interesting statement. It seems to work for this building. I think I'll take some blurred selfies and see if it works on the architecture on my face.:)
