I printed this photo and on the print the Kingfisher was a little more to the left. Anyway I showed it to a "professional" who basically told me the photo was no good, not worth entering into a competition as there is no reference point or greenery of trees. Lets just say i am a little gobsmacked.
Well I think it's brilliant and it looks like a carbon copy of mine! Have you pinched it from me?!!!! I see that it's one that you took when you were with me so I expect we both had our cameras focusing exactly in the same spot! Btw massive Fav
I think it's fantastic! In my unprofessional opinion :) I always enter my personal favorite stuff in to competitions anyway, regardless of previous feedback!
He knows nothing Padlock why don't you enter it anyway & if it wins you can tell him! Surely it's all in the eye if the beholder ! I think it's fantastic!
I think it is just stunning, the reference is the stick and fish, anyone who loves kingfishers will know why it is there! Don't be disheartened it is track sharp and perfect colouring
This is such a fab shot, who wants to see greenery and trees anyway, that would distract from the real star of the show, its a winner and well done you.
