I love bread especially "real" bread which has flavour and texture unlike the sliced bread you can buy which is like blotting paper with no flavour.
This is a delivery from Betty's Tea Room which has 4 different kinds of loaf. I decided we needed to try this out.
1) Yorkshire Cobble (close- textured loaf made with wheat and rye flour with a rich crust shaped like the cobbles on a Yorkshire street).
2) Sourdough (Made with yoghurt sour and wheat flour milled in Yorkshire)
3) Spiced Fruit Loaf (Made with vine fruits and citrus peel infused with Yorkshire Tea, finished with a glazed top and sugar nib sprinkle)
4) Malted Grain Loaf (A hearty loaf made with malt flour , rye flour and malted grains)
I have frozen 2 loaves and had a slice of the Sourdough - delicious!! What a treat!!
