We went out to lunch for Barbara's birthday today and here she is deep in conversation with her best friend Sue. She hated all the photos I took of her but I liked this one so thought I would share it with you. I haven't told Barbara!! LOL!!
Not as sharp as I would like - the lighting was really difficult - dark inside the pub and very bright coming in the window. I needed my flash or tripod.

I think when we get older, we never like photos taken of us! My sister is the same but I find it difficult to ask them to pose so the photo is of the 'best side". Happy Birthday Barbara!
This is a really natural portrait of her, but I don't think many of us like our image, its not what we think we look like.
