Finlay's birthday today so I followed him into the garden with camera and fisheye lens. He was not keen on posing for me today as he wanted to go out for a walk. I think you can tell what he is thinking by the way he is looking at me "put the camera down and pick up the lead!! It's my birthday after all!!"
It's a funny shot with a lot of distortion - love this lens!! I don't think a person would look too good if I did a portrait using the fisheye!!
We are off out now!! Finlay has been sitting at my side tapping me on the leg as I have uploaded my shots. Such a little darling!! What a wonderful companion he has been these last 4 years - he makes us laugh every day!!
So thrilled to see Finlay on the PP this morning! He had an extra long walk on his birthday and a lovely dish of chicken for his dinner which he loved! He looked at me as if to say "what? Real food?" Lol!
And he is about the cutest little guy I know -- well, Bradley and Bailey would be peeved if they heard me say it -- But LOVE the "Finley photos:" He's so photogenic. Love that expression! Happy Birthday, Finley.

Love it! I have a Westie, too, but she is afraid of the camera - even a phone camera! I've been able to sneak some photos, but it's like she has a 6th sense and turns/walks away.
@stray_shooter thanks Ron! Yes we went out for a walk along the river embankment but there were so many swans out of the water and Finlay trying to catch one I had to take him to the local park! I got a bit stressed with the swans hissing at us! Lol! Finlay enjoyed his day!
Oh don't I agree with Taffy! @taffy We all love Finlay! There's just something so endearing about a Westie! Remember what we were talking about? A picture just like this would do it...he looks like he wonders if he's got our attention...he has a few things to tell us...
