2016 03 03 - Castle Ashby Gardens

Keeping to colour in my main album. These are the gardens in Castle Ashby which is a stately home near where I live. Once you have walked through the formal gardens you are allowed to take dogs off the lead so of course Finlay loves it here!! We had a wonderful walk in this mornings sunshine!!

Best on black if you have time.

Many thanks for your lovely comments on yesterday's robin shots 2 of which made an appearance on the PP which is wonderful!!
Lovely view and reflections

The light is beautiful here and probably comes in better when the trees are leafless! This is a good scene to remember!

@jgpittenger @golftragic I was on my Kindle this morning when I read your comments re exposure and did agree with you. Sometimes when I upload to 365 I find the shot is darker than it looks on my laptop and often take it into Picmonaey to fit the exposure a bit. This one seems opposite - I am now looking on my laptop and it looks ok. No highlights are blown out. I will do as you suggest and take it into Picmonaey and take the exposure down a touch and see if you like it better.
