Another couple from our muddy walk last week in the country park. Finlay was on the scent of rabbits or maybe foxes. There was evidence everywhere of both. He did try to dig down into a rabbit hole but I managed to stop him disappearing like Alice!! LOL!!
We are giving the park a miss this weekend as I know it will be even muddier!!
Many thanks for your great comments on my snow view from the window. Thankfully it didn't last long!!
The ground here under the trees is very easy to walk over - or race as Finlay does! Ours seem to have impenetrable bush, gorse, ferns, etc. Have to keep to the trails. No foxes or rabbits on the trails - no foxes at all, actually!
Send him over here please, we have three wild rabbits appeared in our neighbourhood and they are digging up the front gardens of us and our neighbours. They even managed to dig a hole under our fence and ended up in our back garden too, but we have blocked that hole now.
Love this shot of Finlay, one of your best so far. Maggie loves chasing rabbits down along the river. They disappear into the bushes long before she could catch one, but she loves the chase. Great exercise too, of course.
I'd need a walking stick to go out with FInlay! And oh dear! WHAT would I do if he took off and gave chase! He's so beautiful in this setting, and it must feel like heaven to him to have all those delicious smells!
