Last night we went to Louise's friend Mike's house for a lobster dinner. Mike cooked them outside on the decking and then came in with a tray of 8 huge lobsters!! This one ended up on my plate and I have never seen such a big lobster - Ken said it weighed about 3lbs!! So very tasty and so much meat on it!! To eat the lobster so fresh and dipped in melted butter is just wonderful!! I did need some help in getting into the lobster as it was really hard to pull off the claws!! What a wonderful evening we had - fantastic food in great company - what more can you ask for!!
Tomorrow I have to pack my bags ready for my overnight flight home. I am going to miss Louise and Ken so much as we have had a fabulous holiday with non stop adventures!! I think Louise will be glad to see the back of me so she can have a rest!! LOL!!
