High tide this morning and Storm Brian is on it's way. The beach has disappeared!! I think it could be a higher tide later today as they winds have steadily increased as the day has gone on. A wild day with sun and sudden squalls of rain. We managed a walk along the beach when the tide had gone out and got caught in the sudden rain - it was like stair rods hitting us!! Not sure if we will venture out again today.

@louannwarren Yes they have started to name our storms this last year. It's funny as Brian was my brother's name and he used to live down here in Devon. Sadly he died in 1999 but I think he is saying hello again to us!! LOL!!
@boatpainter I wish we did live here Janet. This is our favourite holiday spot especially as my niece live down the coast in Clovelly. We try to come down as often as possible.
