A lovely sunny morning although chilly - give me this every day please!! The sky was full of contrails really high in the sky from the transatlantic flights on their way on long haul flights or returning to the UK. I look up and wonder what exciting places they are heading towards or returning from.

My sister has hurt her back this morning and after two weeks with a very bad knee it seemed like the final straw and she is feeling very sorry for herself. I have been dosing her up with anti inflammatory pills plus Paracetamol and have sprayed her back with Deep heat. Only 2 weeks until George comes home so she needs to get moving again!!
