Blossom

For Word of the day - Blossom.

This is the only blossom anywhere near where I live and its a branch of forsythia hanging over from next door's garden. It was raining - again - and not a very inspiring capture so I took it in to Topaz Impressions and gave it a Saturated Watercolour filter which perked it up no end!! LOL!!

One of my favorite signs of springs -- and this works really well filling the frame. Droplets are terrific (your framing brings it out, but on black even more).

Yep, I know a little about Topaz to the rescue. Nicely done, and after seeing Peter's picture of the snow in his area, be glad you had any blossoms at all to shoot!
