I had a play with Topaz Texture effects to get rid of a skylight behind his head and finally took the image into Nik Silver Efex to convert to B&W. I am enjoying myself playing with the Topaz software - Texture Effects comes out top for me at the moment!!

Many thanks for your lovely comments on my images - very much appreciated!!
@golftragic just downloaded Studio. Not sure about it yet. I am not keen on the over the top processing all the time and so far this is what it looks like. I need to watch the tutorials to see what it can do.
@pamknowler Fair enough. Some of the presets are, as you say, OTT, but there's always an opacity slider to damp things down. I've had the full Topaz Suite for years, just added the individual apps as they came out. Studio combines them although you can use a pull-down menu to find one that you want rather than wading through everything. IMO the Adjustments are an integral part of the whole box 'n dice too. Can't remember what they cost, but they do allow all sorts of fine editing. I'll send you a link to a Topaz video which you might find interesting.
@golftragic Thanks for that Marnie. I really need to sit and play with Studio. It has taken me quite a while to get to grips with Topaz Texture Effects so I am not expecting any miracles!! LOL!!
