Finally managed to connect to the internet!! We are in Derbyshire just outside the village of Chelmorton. This is the newly converted barn we are staying in - our part is the central section with the tall windows. Three bedrooms all en-suit with an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen downstairs - see the triptych in my extras album just for record purposes.
Either side of us are two more three bedroomed houses - all are huge. They have connecting doors and can be booked as a whole. The dining table in our house seats twelve people. How wonderful to book all three houses for a big family celebration!! My only complaint is that you can hear through the connecting doors - we can hear their dog bark and of course it sets off my boys!!
The weather hasn't been too bad so far although we have had a few heavy showers luckily after we arrived home. The field I am standing in is for dog walking and is perfect for the boys to chase each other!!!
