Just starting to look at my Nova Scotia images and this one jumped out at me. This is Hirtles beach - all I remember is how cold and windy it was. A few shots taken and then jumping back into the warm car where sensible Ken had remained with the heater on high!! This would be a wonderful place to visit on a warm summers day.

Hedgehog update. After catching two last night - the same two as the night before I expect - I took them to the bottom of the hill and released them into the woods. I have set the trap in the garden once again and I am hoping and praying that I get no takers tonight. I hope I took them far enough away not to find their way back. I dreamt all night of two hedgehogs plodding back up the hill to my house!! LOL!! Please don't let my dream come true!!

@huvesaker because my two Westies Finlay and George are determined to kill them!! I have had to drag them off the hedgehogs three times now but they still keep returning to my garden!! I am going mad trying to keep the dogs inside when they are out there!!
Wow -- this is a fantastic composition! It's how I imagined NS would look -- big sweeping fields next to the sea.
Gosh -- had to laugh, but it has to be frustrating to deal with the same hedgehogs returning. They must really like your garden!
