Watching

A shot from a couple of weeks ago. I haven't been out today as my back is once again playing up. I will have to give up shopping and housework!! LOL!!

I like this image as George was watching for ages a spaniel who kept swimming out to fetch a stick his owners were throwing into the lake. Luckily George didn't show any interest in going into the cold lake!!

Laughed at Taffy's comment!! Keep yourself moving and gentle stretching the best you can. Totally sympathise - had issues so often with my back and had surgery on it just over a decade ago.
