I watched the Joe Wicks exercise video and was exhausted when he finished!! LOL!! I was pleased to see this mallard joining in with his stretches. A walk through the woods and gardens with the boys is my limit I am afraid!! I hope you are all keeping fit during lockdown?
I seem to be falling apart!! My eyes still not 100% although the anti histamine drops are helping. I may try to phone the doctor later for some advice.
Ha ha ha, just watching him is exhausting enough, eh? I tried one of his videos once......but almost hurt myself! Doing all I can. Hope your knee is improving and I hope your eyes settle soon too. I love this duck having a stretch!

I appreciate that at the moment, anything that is not within our immediate grasp or control leads us to a path of frustration. This is escalated by not being able to contact 'the fixer' and eventually reduces me/us to foaming at the mouth with impolite frustration. If you haven't managed a smile ;-) by now...I’ve failed Miserably!?
Your eyes! Please don't linger...eyes are our windows on the world. Our gym instructor has issued 3 or 4 videos to keep us 'en forme’. I was talking to a Committee member about them...she hasn’t looked at them either! Am too busy dog walking. How are your boys doing?

My daughter does the Joe Wicks one...she said it’s too much for you mum....didn’t know whether to be upset or laugh! I did see Mr Motivator on Health Check UK live at 10am ...he was great just lots of beat & nothing on the floor! I’m going to do it again tomorrow...he on at the end! Oh to be a duck & just swim up & down & put no weight on!
