I was going through a box of old photos still looking for a photo of my friend Rachel and I found this wonderful portrait of my mum. I think she was really beautiful!! I am so thankful that she went to a professional photographer's studio for this photo as it's one to treasure.
Sadly my dad's family did not have enough money to go to a photographer and we have no photos of him as a young boy.
