Feeling a bit blah today - I think it's all the confusing news coming out every day about Covid 19!! Yesterday the experts and Boris were saying it's getting worse every day and then this morning another set of experts say the R number has come down from 1.7 to 1.1. Who are we supposed to believe?
Anyway feeling the need to find a smile I had a look back at last October and found this wonderful 365 meet up at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire. What a special day it was! Louise and Ken @weezilou and I were staying in a cottage near Buxton and Casablanca @casablanca drove over from Essex to meet up with us for the first time. A fabulous happy smiley day where we didn't stop talking!! The sun shone and Chatsworth was fabulous as usual. How wonderful to meet with our 365 friends and cement that virtual friendship!! I am so pleased that Louise and Ken were able to make this trip to the UK last year as things are so different now. Looking forward to meeting up again!!
Those happy smiles are things we need to look back on to get through this until we can have more of the happy times with good friends. It's just not happening as fast as we'd like for sure. I keep trying to focus on the positive, but - - -
I really smiled when I saw this photo pop up...I recognised you straight away. I love a good 365 meet up & think I might have met going in fir around thirty 365ers over the years...they are invariably exactly as you expect them to be! Love it..if only it was possible to meet up now! I get confused too now...I did follow it quite well until recently now I get confused as we are on extra restrictions but are they the same ones just announced for Liverpool...I have no idea!!
A great image - and how nice to meet up! I think it's going to be a long winter and I think a short total lock down may be on the cards soon to try and stop the spread!
