Lacecap

This is the last flower on my lace cap hydrangea just opened. The other flowers are fading now so it was lovely to see this fresh beauty.

Walking round the garden this morning it seems most of the flowers are starting to fade. Autumn is definitely showing it's face!!
So beautiful! I found some hydrangea fertilizer online and will start treating mine as instructed so hopefully I will have flowers next year!

Beautiful! I think the lady who owned my house before me was good at propogating these, I have several hydrangeas in pots but only one lace-cap which I love :) Lovely detail
