I was sorting out some old photos and came across this one of Christmas Day last year. We were not allowed to mix indoors and so my nephew Colin came over with Alex and Sophie to wish his mum (my sister) and their nannie a Happy Christmas. We stayed in the garden and as you can see it was freezing cold!! Not what we had planned for our Christmas.
This year we are going to Colin's house and he is cooking Christmas dinner. I think we will be much warmer this year!!
Will we be in lockdown for the New Year? Who knows!! Confusion all round!!

I think more pressure tonight after the decision by Wales to curtail festivities….I am thinking no New Year celebrations! I hope no more restrictions…..it’s wrecking the economy & Omicrom does not seem up to now as lethal….virulent yes but hopefully weaker! Time will tell!
