As my back is still bad and I can't get out today I am unable to get the shot I had planned. My sister to the rescue (again) with a genuine antique. Mind you I think if I had done a selfie today it would have qualified!! LOL

Nice photo ..When my back gets bad the only thing that seemed to help is ice. I hate ice on my body so this was a hard trick to learn.

@kjarn Many thanks Kathy - went to docs yesterday and got stronger pain killers and been referred to a physio. Also told to loose weight - tell me something i don't know!! LOL!!
