This one just makes me laugh!! The poor little blue tit babies have been soaked ever since they left the nest. What a wet start to their lives it has been!! This one sat for ages in the rain waiting for food. With six babies mum and dad have been working so hard.

And thanks for your kind comments about Nutmeg and our trip to Beaver Island...the first thing we did when we got here was go down to the beach to check on her grave -- such a relief to find it undisturbed. It's nice to be here and with her in spirit.
