Cornflower

I love the knockout colour of the cornflowers and the flowers are so delicate - just gorgeous!!

It is wonderful to be surrounded by such a beautiful garden full of these lovely spring flowers. Just coming into it's best I think although we may have moved on to our next cottage on Friday before it is at it's very best.

We'd call these "Bachelor Buttons"! I needed blue for my wedding bouquet, so had some in it. I love their intense colour! (Just had a squirrel looking right in the window at me! Had to answer his call for more peanuts!)
