2016 07 15 The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse at Portland Bill. It looked great against that lovely blue sky. The first time I visited Portland a few years ago it was a thick sea fog and you could not see the lighthouse. You could just hear the horn sounding which was very atmospheric!!

What a lovely lighthouse! We'll take you to Peggy's Cove for another immense lighthouse, but you need some sturdy walking shoes if you want to get to it...and that's on the paths!
