Baking again - Sand tarts

Another of Louise's @weezilou recipes and even though they all seem to be different shapes and sizes they are delicious!! I didn't have a photo of what they should look like and I didn't have the decoration Louise said to put on top. I sprinkled brown sugar on the top and it went all crunchy. I really must stop this baking as I just have to eat it and that really isn't good for me!!

You are working with Louise's recipe so no surprise they are going to taste wonderful! A dangerous thing to be doing though -- baking sweet things. I have the same problem - when I bake, I simply eat it!!
