Lacecap Hydrangea

Another one of my hydrangeas opening up. So pleased there are lots of flowers on this shrub this year. Last year I had cut it back and had no flowers in the summer.

Oh it’s lovely, Pam. I have always Cut mine back after the first hard winter freeze. This is the only year they haven’t bloomed (in 18 years). 😊

@louannwarren I had a huge bush in my previous garden and cut it back hard every year. It always came back full of flower. I hadn’t realised some hydrangeas must not be cut back! This year I am going to have a lovely display!
