At storytime they read about the misunderstood shark and she painted, then we were discussing the difference between dolphins and whales, vs 🐠 fish when I looked up today’s words I was actually saying them as I opened the list.
She argued that our fantail goldfish breaks my rule that dolphins and whales have horizontal tails and fish have vertical ones that go side to side. Well, dang,
LOL I have expected the story to end with Grandma wisely saying, "Well, some rules were made to be broken..." hehe Smart girl- perhaps a marine biologist in the making! Sweet shot too.
