@sunnygreenwood I do have a Mac. I usually pause the video, scroll through it and take screenshots and sometimes edit those. What do you do?

when paused at any point in the clip, a little gear icon should appear in lower left of image. click on that and one of the options is to 'export frame to pictures'. hope that works for you.
