It rained and filled the flower pot she had planted plum pits in. She wouldn’t believe me that seeds need to be soaked. But when I told her we could get a plastic cup and punch holes in it to use instead, she was adamant that we didn’t have any plastic cups. I was unmerciful and told her that since she called me a liar for saying we did have plastic cups, she couldn’t have the one I pulled out of a stack of 20.
