Beautiful shot. Love the moth caught in flight. Great shot. Thanks for your comment on my Amish photo, and yes I did wait until they were past me to respect their wish not to be photographed. Some of the younger Amish do not mind as much to have their photo taken, but I do not like to assume.
What a beautiful composition. The moth adds a little accent of white and it's fun wondering whether he is landing or taking off. I love the way the thistles are growing at different angles, and the contrast between the spikes and the purple flowers is very dramatic. Definitely a fav.
