Bug hotel

I found this bug hotel in a garden in Ross on Wye. I was quite fascinated by it. I've left the foliage in the foreground to show that it's working..
fascinating indeed! Love the idea of a bug hotel

Incredible :-) In my mind I can see Worzel Gummidge and Aunt Sally coming into view!

I have always liked to build a bug hotel but is seemed very involved but seeing this one, it is really easy. Great idea and nice capture!

@angelikavr Thanks Angelika, it does look easy doesn’t it? I might have a go but on a less grander scale.

Never heard of a bug hotel, had to look it up. If I built one, only the bad, pest, vegetable eating ones would move in. I think my whole vegetable garden is a bug hotel, except for the wee toads that are trying to keep them at bay.

@grannysue Yes they are not for everyone I guess and the bugs can do a lot of damage to veggies. Its good that you have your toads though..
