While waiting for my partner to have his second Covid jab I had a look round the Abbey churchyard and found this lovely shrine in the grounds.
It's amazing what you find when you ditch the car and walk around.
An interesting shot. The memorials look as if they have seen better days! Walking does allow you to discover so much. It is also fun to travel by bus. Their meandering routes can take you through places that you might not normally visit, and you discover some fascinating places!
