Coming along nicely

This is Alexander Stadium seen from the canal towpath.
On my walks I've been watching it's construction over the last 18 months or so.
The stand on the left is the original and the right hand stand is newly built in readiness for the Commonwealth Games in July next year.
It's looked like a building site for months so it was nice to see it actually taking shape with the turf and tracks laid.
