@onewing Thanks Babs, yes had Kangaroo lots of time it's very healthy they say and its easy to get over here, the owner asked the chef to create the flames just for me to take a photograph, sent him a copy yesterday and he asked for my permission to display it in both restaurants:)
@terryliv Thank you Terry I trust you had a great trip, the food was really good had lots of Kangaroo meat but not tried Camel yet, we are moving to live near our daughter will be about 10 miles from this restaurant will be eating there soon:)
@terryliv My daughter live in Lightcliffe West Yorkshire not far from Brighouse, we have bought a Bungalow in Bailiff Bridge just waiting the legal people to sort the paperwork out, planned date to move in 30th September, currently packing boxes:)
