Let's do something novel and comment on a current photo! Seeing this transports me back to the one stay of any length with friends in England. A scene like this is obviously SO different from the California freeways! I love all the rock walls seen there...some from antiquity. And the spacious views...gorgeous! Thanks for the short trip and the fine memories!

@Weezilou Thank you Louise for your lovely comments, as you say not like the California freeway's, this is only a very small and little used back road, we have visited California a few times last in 2011 we drove a hire car around the west coast from Los Angeles to San Diego stopping on the way, driving a large loop through Arizona, Utah, Nevada ending in San Francisco 6 weeks later a fantastic trip:)
