Sally Army by pcoulson

Sally Army

Salvation Army Community Church in Brighouse West Yorkshire
The building was designed by AG Sladdin and first opened in 1914 as St Paul’s Wesleyan Sunday School.
The Sunday School building went on to enjoy a more impressive life as the Magistrates Court and since 1995 as the Salvation Army Citadel.
I like the architecture. An impressive building for a Sunday school!

@quietpurplehaze Thank you Hazel there are quite a number of impressive buildings in Brighouse most have lots of street clutter to spoil the shot, this one I waited ages for the couple to move they never did, drove pass twenty minutes later they were still there, lol:)

@pcoulson Thriving in Australia too.

My Nanna used to belong to the Sally Army. Mind you she belonged to church, chapel, spiritualist church and many others too. She just liked to sing. ha ha.
