Reflections

Went out today to capture reflections for the black & white reflections challenge, taken along the canal near Ganny Lock, the sun was out but the breeze a little to strong spoilt it for clear reflections.
i like the zig-zag reflections, they are very effective, as is the great PoV.. love the abundance of textures.. so much to see in this lovely image..

@jorlam Thank you for your constructive comments Jorlam, I would have liked a must calmer surface to get more clarity in the reflections, may try again this weekend:)

@terryliv Thank you Terry for your interesting comments, had my camera set for rich black and white to meet the challenge, in reality it did look good but didn't take a shot in colour:)

I don't think the reflections are spoilt -- I really like the ripple effect and I think it works very well in b&w. It brings out the textures.

I actually kind of like the ripples for the particular details being reflected. Tough to do B&W reflections, but I think you pulled it off rather admirably.

@stray_shooter Thank you Ron for your great comments I seldom take monochrome images nowadays unlike back before digital, just did this for the challenge:)
