Beautifully done Peter.. you've shown the Weeping Willows to great advantage.. love how you've managed to obscure the view of the horrid looking buildings, on the left of image.. There's a little bit of blue sky to brighten up the sky..
btw, this is the narrow canal - the other side of the bridge is the broad canal.. the descriptors of 'narrow' and 'broad' in relation to the canals refers to the width of the locks - not the width of the canal..
@suesouthwood Thanks for your nice comments Sue, on the name I had a senior moment it should be the Narrow Canal the Broad Canal is the other side of the Aspley Wharf, lol:)
@jorlam Thank you very much Jorlam, well spotted I did move along the bridge to get the cover over the building also to be clear of students on the University bridge and yes I remember what you told me about the two canals and why they were named, just messed up again whilst posting:)
