Lovely image with the weeping willows hanging over the canal. The name of the narrow broad canal made me laugh!

Beautifully done Peter.. you've shown the Weeping Willows to great advantage.. love how you've managed to obscure the view of the horrid looking buildings, on the left of image.. There's a little bit of blue sky to brighten up the sky..
btw, this is the narrow canal - the other side of the bridge is the broad canal.. the descriptors of 'narrow' and 'broad' in relation to the canals refers to the width of the locks - not the width of the canal..

Lovely composition. Not so sure I would fancy my property on the canal like this. Must be very damp.

@suesouthwood Thanks for your nice comments Sue, on the name I had a senior moment it should be the Narrow Canal the Broad Canal is the other side of the Aspley Wharf, lol:)

@jorlam Thank you very much Jorlam, well spotted I did move along the bridge to get the cover over the building also to be clear of students on the University bridge and yes I remember what you told me about the two canals and why they were named, just messed up again whilst posting:)

@onewing Thank you Babs I'm not sure about the use of property on the left looks like apartments, could be offices as its in the area of the University Jorlam @jorlam could possibly help with that:)
