My entry in this weeks challenge "Filter", this macro capture of a Viola given the oil painting filter treatment using Photoshop.

Nice job Peter. You had me for a minute there before I read your text. I thought it was strange that the fuzzy background had such texture....then it all made sense. Good luck in the challenge!
