This is my entry in the current b&w challenge "Speed" its part of 1906 Horizontal Steam Engine it formerly drove machinery in the mechanics workshop of TD Whitfield & son until the 1930's, now on display in the Bradford Industrial Museum and as can be seen still runs at full speed.
@bella_ss Thanks Sheralee, yes a long exposure quite dark in places flash much to harsh so a tripod is a must, to get the detail and movement in this shot set my camera f25, ISO 160 at 30 seconds, just had to ask people not to knock my tripod as it was close to the floor:)
@stray_shooter Thanks Ron went out to the museum with this sort of image in mind, I was planning to set off early to capture motorcycle racing action today, first round of the British Super Bike's at Donington Park Circuit, but its currently snowing this morning so I'm wisely staying home:)
Sounds like a really interesting museum.
